Yearbook Sales Assistance (JDS)

We know how stressful taking a yearbook from concept to delivery can be.  Our convenient Jostens Direct Solutions (JDS) program will save you time and make your life easier.  This full-service programs provides promotional and ordering materials, parent mailings, order and payment collection and processing, tracking and reporting.

The process is easy for your students and parents, too. Orders are taken via Internet, phone or mail, and payments can be made by credit card, check or money order.

JDS makes selling Yearbooks easy so you can focus on creating your book and educating your staff. We offer two different JDS programs. Choose the program that best fits your needs:

• In-School Program - Your school holds an in-school order-taking event to capture the orders and then Jostens sends statements to the parents via mail to collect payment. Up to three statements will be sent per student.
• School List Program - Your school provides Jostens with a student list and we send the yearbook offer directly to the student's home, involving parents in the purchase decision. Up to three mailings will be sent per student.
